“…until either I or someone else remove Morph as a threat. Basic physical needs, such as hygiene and food, will be provided. I’ve been meaning to expand this place anyways. Make it more of a proper home, rather than a single room. If you want me to bring anything from the real world, please let me know. I’ll handle it.” He turns away, letting her go and snapping his fingers once. The wall across the room shifts and deforms, elongating itself and forming a door in the middle of the previously blank space. “I created this place, so it conforms to my will. That will be your room, and I’ve taken the liberty of placing the contents of your own room back in the real world within it. In addition, you have your own washroom, for your own convenience.”
He snaps several more times, each time causing another door to form. He explains each in turn. A kitchen, a common washroom for simple things like washing up, a wide training room with a variety of weapons, including her own naginata should she desire to exercise or simply let off steam. He snaps one final time, causing a door to form in a secluded corner of the workshop.

“And that…will be my room. If I’m not in the workshop or the training room, I’ll be there. I’ll also be keeping my collection of books in there, so if you wish to read them then feel free to go in and take what you please. If you need any other form of entertainment, please let me know. I can provide a television, or a computer if that’s what you want.”
She stared off into space and watched as the rooms formed in front of her eyes. Stranger things had occurred so that wasn’t what bothered her. The longer she thought about it, the more she realized she really was a prisoner. For someone like Otae, freedom was something worth fighting for and she didn’t take it lightly. Still, she tried to put it all into perspective. Zoru was trying to keep her safe, that’s all.
In order to truly be safe one had to give up a certain amount of freedom; this was a known fact. Had she been given the choice to begin with she still wouldn’t have chosen this but…
It wasn’t like she had the choice now. ”Thank you, Zoru.” She smiled and moved past him a little in the direction of her room. ”I think I’ll go clean up and take a bath. No peeking, alright?”

“O-of course not! Who do you take me for, Sakis!?” He blushes bright red and turns his head away, feigning offense that she would even think he would do such a thing. As she begins to walk away, however, his eyes turn downwards and his voice lowers to barely a murmur.
“…I’m sorry, Otae.” He turns and walks to one of the workbenches in the room, singing quietly to himself as he starts to tinker with the prototype of some machine he’d been tinkering with. “sawul fffam…tecasa sssy…”
